At Last --- Good News for Real Estate!

The recent announcement from Google that they plan to come to Ann Arbor may bring some badly needed relief to the real estate market as well as help out in many other business arenas in this area. Google plans to expand its advertising division, Adwords, and anticipates hiring over 1000 or more employees over the coming 5 years. The best part is that they plan to begin operations here in the Fall of 2006 even if that means renting temporary quarters.

Google's presence is likely to spur other IT developments in this area too - all in all, a big boost for our economy and our spirits which have been flagging of late.
